Jean McCree

Jean is an established sculptor and potter having worked, exhibited and taught for over 20 years and an active member of the Kent Potters Association. She sells and exhibits through galleries, interior design outlets and commission based work. 

Each ceramic creation is completely individually crafted with humour and a recognised signature style. They range from highly decorative thrown work to hand built work with strong sculptural forms, combining functional elements. Jean likes to work with a wide variety of glazes, mixing oxides and underglaze colours using earthenware or stoneware clay.
