Home viewing

We are happy to offer a home viewing service to customers. This can be arranged prior to purchase and the artwork can be taken away or delivered to your home to view in the room it is intended for. Buying an artwork can be a big financial commitment, so it can help to see the work in situ before making a final decision to purchase. Alternatively, please provide us with a photograph of your room and through the magic of Photoshop, we can place a picture on a wall, or a ceramic on a shelf and a jpeg can then be emailed to you.

Art consultancy

We will visit your home to help you find the best place for your existing artworks, as well as advising on the best placement for new ones. There is no commitment to buy. 

 

Gift vouchers

If you can't find that perfect present, please do consider a gallery gift voucher.  You can choose any amount and the voucher is presented in a lovely card, featuring a painting of Smarden by artist Andy Butler.

Commission an artwork

If you can't quite find the right piece of work in the gallery or on our website, please do consider having an artwork specially commissioned by one of our artists. You will be able to choose the subject matter, theme, colours, style and dimensions of the artwork. 

 

Delivery

Most work can be posted or couriered very easily and in some circumstances, we are happy to deliver a piece of work personally, especially if it is particularly delicate or vulnerable in the case of ceramics or glass. Unfortunately there are some pieces that are unsuitable for shipping outside of the UK.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us within seven days of the purchase date. We will refund any item bought from the gallery once the artwork has been returned to us in its original purchase condition. We ask that the customer covers any postage costs and the item must be insured for the full value during transportation.
